Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nbalee ("nbalee", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the nbalee website at nbalee.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, payment processing, and promotional offers.

By completing the nbalee registration process, by accessing the platform via nbalee Login, or by placing any wager or deposit, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the nbalee platform.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document is the definitive version. nbalee operates exclusively in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), and all dates and times referenced in these Terms apply in that time zone unless otherwise stated.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with nbalee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the nbalee platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before and throughout your use of the service:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. nbalee is strictly a platform for adults. We do not permit gambling by any person under the age of 18, under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing nbalee from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited for the individual player. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering or placing any wager.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability that would prevent you from being bound by these Terms.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion from nbalee or from any other gambling operator where that exclusion reasonably extends to nbalee.
• Not an nbalee employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of persons employed by nbalee or its technology and software partners are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

nbalee reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during a player's account lifetime, not only at registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Account Registration

To access the full range of nbalee services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account via the nbalee Login page. The following rules apply to all nbalee accounts:

One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) nbalee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. nbalee uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nbalee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any bonus funds, free spins, or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your nbalee account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your NID or passport, your date of birth, your Bangladesh mobile number (used for OTP verification), and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nbalee Login credentials — specifically your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. nbalee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. nbalee will never ask you to share your password via email or chat.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, nbalee applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. KYC documentation — including a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and proof of payment method ownership — must be submitted and approved before nbalee will process a player's first withdrawal. KYC may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large transactions, or at the discretion of nbalee's compliance team at any time during the account's lifetime.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nbalee are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). nbalee does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player accounts. The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 (subject to account verification status)
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳500,000 for fully verified accounts

Processing Times

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits typically reflect in your nbalee account balance within 3 minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Withdrawals to mobile money accounts are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All times are indicative and may be affected by third-party processing delays.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Account KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless a formal payment method change request has been approved by nbalee compliance.
• If a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• nbalee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

nbalee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general rules, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonus wagering requirements are stated in BDT (৳) and must be met within the time limit specified for the offer.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• nbalee reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of game mathematics, or breach of these Terms.
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid for the specified slot title(s) only and must be used within the stated validity period. Unused free spins expire automatically.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses within the specified promotional period and are credited to the player's bonus balance, subject to any stated wagering requirements.

Wagering Requirements

Where a wagering requirement applies to a bonus, it means the player must wager the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus amount, as stated) a specified number of times before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers to be placed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Only wagers on eligible game categories — as stated in the promotion's specific terms — count towards meeting the wagering requirement.

Seasonal Promotions

nbalee regularly runs seasonal promotions timed around major Bangladesh calendar events, including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Durga Puja, Independence Day (March 26), Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are announced via the nbalee platform and are subject to the terms published at the time of the offer.

Game Rules & Fair Play

nbalee offers a broad portfolio of casino and sports betting products, each governed by its own specific game rules in addition to these overarching Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing a wager.

Random Number Generation

All virtual casino games — including slots, virtual table games, and virtual sports — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG produces statistically random outcomes that cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by nbalee, game providers, or any external party. nbalee's RNG certification is maintained on an ongoing basis by independent testing laboratories.

Live Casino

Live dealer games (including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Teen Patti, and Live Dragon Tiger) are streamed in real time from studios operated by regulated game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are displayed on screen before and during each session. Outcomes of live casino games are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheel) under controlled studio conditions.

Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers series — are subject to the nbalee Sports Betting Rules published separately on the platform. Key principles include:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are accurate at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to settlement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. nbalee reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Match or event abandonment: where a cricket match is abandoned, suspended, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the Sports Betting Rules, void rules apply as stated.
• Minimum bet on cricket markets: ৳100.

Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, nbalee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. nbalee is not liable for any losses arising from a technical malfunction that is beyond its reasonable control, including failures in third-party payment infrastructure or game provider platforms.

User Obligations

By using nbalee, you agree to the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: You must not provide false identity documents, misrepresent your age, or use another person's identity or payment credentials on nbalee.
• Collusion: You must not collude with other players or with nbalee employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Arbitrage and Exploit Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, bonus terms, or game mechanics — including but not limited to arbitrage betting across markets and bonus-stripping strategies — is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: nbalee operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. You must not use nbalee to launder funds of any origin. Suspicious account activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Automated Play: You must not use bots, automated betting scripts, or any software that places wagers on your behalf without active human participation.
• Reverse Engineering: You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with nbalee's software, systems, or game engines.
• Unlawful Conduct: You must not use nbalee for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Responsible Use

You agree to use nbalee responsibly and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are not guaranteed, and that you should only wager funds you can afford to lose. nbalee is not responsible for personal financial decisions made in connection with your use of the platform.

Communication

By registering on nbalee, you consent to receiving service-critical communications — including account security alerts, verification requests, transaction confirmations, and changes to these Terms — to your registered email address and Bangladesh mobile number. Marketing communications are optional and may be managed via your account preferences.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your nbalee account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification is complete and no withdrawal restrictions are in place.

Suspension or Closure by nbalee

nbalee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or age documentation.
• Evidence of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable dormancy fees, will be communicated to the player's registered email before being applied.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who request self-exclusion under nbalee's Responsible Gaming policy may have their accounts suspended for a cooling-off period or permanently closed, depending on the option selected. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed, deposits cannot be made, and bonuses will not be sent to the player. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and nbalee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market.
